ROSI R-Controller

The all-rounder

As a monitoring and control center, the ROSI R-Controller is particularly suitable for stationary use. Once set up, it performs monitoring and diagnostic tasks. With its low consumption values, it is ideal as a reliable monitor for stored traction batteries, for example—in an emergency, it also alerts the fire department.

The specialist

The ROSI R-Dongle is a virtually invisible companion for diagnostics, whether via CAN or DoIP. Like its larger counterparts, it is fully integrated into the ROSI Web and can be operated locally via the WebApp. Its strengths lie in its use with larger fleets and its virtually invisible installation options, for example in a customer's vehicle.

Loyal workhorse

Designed as a data logger, the ROSI R-Logger is particularly suitable for permanent installation in vehicles. Once set up, it performs diagnostic tasks, records communications, and creates load profiles based on set events. With its low power consumption and particularly small installation space, it is ideal as a permanent companion. Together with the WebApp, it comes very close to being a true all-rounder.

The multi-talented device

The ROSI Measurement Box V2.0 is

the terminal device with the widest range of measurement capabilities. In addition to multi-channel traces, load collective surveys, XCP measurements, and diagnostic procedures are also possible. The ROSI Measurement Box features a clearly laid out 7" touch display for interaction with a local user and is ideally suited for the constantly changing tasks involved in development.

ROSI Web – Der Showmaster

ROSI Web is the interface between users and technology. It enables interaction between test engineers and the measurement system.

ROSI Web makes the measurement system safe to operate and configure, and directs data streams bidirectionally. In addition to adding databases, test sequences can be created here easily and interactively. Test fleets are grouped and organized into different user groups and tests and rolled out in real time. The measurement results, which are instantly available after the test has been performed, are automatically interpreted and made available in standard formats for further processing. This allows you to always keep track of your measurement orders and their processing status and gives you direct access to the results – no matter where in the world your test object is located.

Our heart piece

The backend is the heart of our measurement system. It communicates with the user, the measuring devices, and various technical systems such as databases and machine interfaces. The backend processes all information, converts it, and makes it available again in a convenient and clear manner.

We place great importance on the use of standards and state-of-the-art visualizations to make the systems easy to use, fault-tolerant, and optimized. For example, diagnostic data is checked daily for updates so that the parameterized test sequences are always kept up to date without the test engineer having to intervene.
