After completing his electrical and information technology bachelor's degree, Kordian successfully completed his electromobility master's degree in 2015 with a focus on electrical machines and automation technology.

Since 2015, Kordian has been working at the FKFS (Research Institute for Automotive Engineering and Vehicle Engines in Stuttgart), first as a research assistant and since 2017 as a project manager in the context of automotive software and hardware development.

In synergy with the project manager activity in the field of mechatronics, he takes care of itself since the end of 2018 around the technical areas of ROSI Technology GmbH.

He is the CTO - Chief Technical Officer - of the company and since 2023 CEO2.
